Our Enrollment Process
Enroll in Consortium Pool’s FMCSA-certified DOT Drug & Alcohol Consortium by adding the program to your shopping cart. If you need additional services or products, like pre-employment testing or training, you may include these in your purchase as well.
Receive Your Certificate
Once you have completed your purchase using our secure checkout process, you will be able to print your Proof of Enrollment Certificate immediately. If drug testing is needed for DOT compliance, we will send your drug testing program packet right away.
Take Your Test
To complete the pre-employment drug testing required for DOT compliance, fill out the testing forms found in your drug testing program packet and proceed to a designated testing site in your area. Results will be returned 24-72 hours after your testing submission.
