  • Absence of sleep apnea, cardiovascular problems, and drug or illicit substance use
  • The ability to hear a forced whisper at a distance of at least 5 feet with or without hearing aids
  • No blood pressure level more than
    140/90 (24 months certified), 140/90-159/99 (3 months certified), or 159/99 should be further evaluated
